Ανακοινωση
Σας πληροφορούμε πως δυνάμει της Απόφασης 563/1/10.02.2026 της Επιτροπής Πιστωτικών και Ασφαλιστικών Θεμάτων της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος (ΦΕΚ 568/10.02.2026) ανακλήθηκε η άδεια λειτουργίας της «Swiss Remit Europe Payment Institution S.A», με διακριτικό τίτλο «Swiss Remit» και τέθηκε σε ειδική εκκαθάριση, ενώ διορίστηκε ως ειδικός εκκαθαριστής η «PQH Ενιαία Ειδική Εκκαθάριση Α.Ε.».
Βάσει των παραπάνω, διευκρινίζεται ότι διακόπτεται οριστικά η λειτουργία της εταιρείας Swiss Remit και η δυνατότητα εκτέλεσης κάθε συναλλαγής.

Announcement
Please be informed that pursuant to the decision of the Credit and Insurance Issues’ Committee of the Bank of Greece under number 563/1/10 Feb 2026 (Government Gazette B 658/10-02-2026), the operating license of “Swiss Remit Europe Payment Institution S.A.” has been revoked with effect from 10/02/2026 and is now placed under special liquidation. In addition, pursuant to the decision of the Credit and Insurance Issues’ Committee of the Bank of Greece under number 563/2/10-02-2026 government gazette (B 658/10-02-2026) "PQH SINGLE SPECIAL LIQUIDATION SOCIETE ANONYME, SPECIAL LIQUIDATOR OF CREDIT INSTITUTIONS” has been appointed as special liquidator.
Based on the above, it is clearly stated that as of 10/02/2026 onwards, the operation of Swiss Remit Europe Payment Institution S.A. and its ability to carry out any transaction have been permanently terminated.
